This license agreement ("license") is a legal agreement between

using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this

agreement, you may not install or use this software. This license

agreement ("license") permits the holder of an individual license

to use one copy of the software program on any single computer,

provided the software is in use on only one computer at any time.

If you have multiple licenses for the software, then at any time

you may have as many copies of the software in use as you have

licenses. A copy of the software is in use when it is loaded into

memory ("RAM") or when it is loaded onto a permanent memory

device such as a hard disk or diskette or other similar storage

device. It is the user's responsibility to ascertain that the

number of concurrent users of the software will not exceed the

number of licenses. If a copy of the software is loaded onto the

hard disk or other storage device of a computer that is assigned

to one individual, then that individual may use one copy

of the software on a portable computer or a home computer.

The owner stipulates that you may not rent, sublease, lease, sell,

pledge or otherwise transfer or distribute the original copy or

archival copy of the program. You agree not to translate,

disassemble, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create

derivative works based on the program or any part thereof. This

agreement is automatically terminated without notice if any

provision of this agreement is breached by you.

You may copy the software for backup purposes, and you may

give copies of the unregistered version to other individuals,

which they may also use and copy under the terms of this

agreement. If you copy the unregistered version of the software

for others, you must include all of the files distributed with

it, but none of the files created after installation.

The software may not be sold, licensed, or a fee charged for

its use. The owner has attempted to build reasonable safeguards

into this software. As with any computer application,

this software may contain program errors or errors in its documentation.

The owner does not give any warranty, either expressed or

implied, to anyone using this program. The owner does not warrant

that your use of this program will be uninterrupted or error

free. You agree to use this program "AS IS" and it is your

responsibility to determine whether this program is suitable for

your computer system and your software needs.

Updates and Upgrades Defined

You understand that this license entitles you to free updates of this

program for the life of the product. Updates are defined as minor changes,

fixes, and other changes to ensure this program compatibilty with the

Windows operating system.

You understand that this license grants you free upgrades (new versions

of the program) as released for one year. Upgrades are defined as major

program changes such as new major features, additions and enhancements.

After one year you will have the option to purchase future upgraded versions

at a discount to be determined by Cloudeight Internet.

Weather Data Displayed In The Program

Weather data is contigent upon the service provided by weather.com.

No guarantee or warranty is provided for any changes to weather.com's

service that may affect the software's ability to present weather

data. Per the license with weather.com, weather.com may change,

eliminate or discontinue its service at any time at their sole

discretion.

one in a million

Thank you for coming up with calendar Pal. It is the greatest thing on earth and I tried a lot of different kinds. I am really, really very happy with it and told a few of my friends about it. Only one problem I came across, but it might be me, how can you keep the data you put on it , so you don't have to put them back in everytime the power goes out. That happens here quite often. Is there a way to keep all the appt. and scheduled events, without having to put them back in? Othwerwise it is the greatest !!! It sure saves me a lot of time to look up dates and having the weather right there too...perfect. Sure makes things so much easier. Thank you, calendar pal for being a good friend.

It would be great if you could download from a site that didn't require pasting the registry key from clipboard but enter it yourself. I got a new computer, didn't know you was to copy the key to clipboard & now I can not download Calendar Pal. Every time I have tried it has failed. No place I can find any information on how to request a new download.

Thank you for your response even though it wasn't very informative. IT still didn't answer the question & your help page is one that needs work. I will not be using Calendar Pal again as I don't have time to do the searching it takes to find a way to download. Work on your FAQ to make your inquires easier to understand. GOOD- BYE

Task List suggestion

I would like to be able to assign tasks to selected days. Having a general task list is helpful, but certain tasks must be completed on specific days.

improvement

Hi,

The only improvement I could suggest, is to be able to import and
use your own wallpaper.
If I could import my wallpaper, it would be the only program that
I would use for everything.It would always be open on my desktop.
I have been searching for something that I can add my own special
days, appointments etc., with my own photos. But nothing like it
exists out there.
I really like Calendar Pal.I will probably but it anyway.
But I really wish you could add this feature.

Some more skins.
If possible make the interface desktop wallpaper or something that its pasted on desktop so that we can change it just like we write on a piece of paper.

I was looking for a online calendar and had stumbled on to this and it worked great.
